Microsoft SQL Server DBA

Pinpoint is seeking an experienced Microsoft SQL Server DBAs with the following:

·         Candidates should have 5+ years of SQL Server DBA Experience

·         Bachelor's degree strongly desired

·         Must be an independent worker needing minimal supervision. Would work closely with client system users and technical management; must have good communications skills.

·         SQL 2005-2008R2 Experience Desired

·         Idera products SQL Diagnostic and SQL Defrag (a plus, but not a must have)

·         Writing stored procedures

·         Reading Execution Plans

·         Managing Jobs in SQL Agent

·         Maintenance Plans

·         Analyzing Server performance

·         Writing and maintaining SQL Integration Service Packages

·         Familiar with Replication

·         Familiar with Database Mirroring

·         Experience with SQL Server upgrades
