Location: DC
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Work with internal team to create the training material and online or classroom-based courses.
•Attend all necessary meetings of team and network with SMEs to gain knowledge of current project deliverables.
•Manage the delivery of eLearning and coursework per agreed upon strategy
•Design and develop coursework using Adobe Captivate 6.0
•Design script and record voice/overs for eLearning courses where appropriate.
•Provide support and guidance to steering committee on deadlines and other deliverables. ,
•Participates in technical course design discussions to determine the most appropriate delivery of eLearning including advice on LMS delivery.
•Performs the following Communication tasks
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Lead, facilitate and participate in various FEPOC meetings
Ensure effective communication within and outside of the project team
Report status to Training Manager on a regular basis
Assist Resource Manager in preparing and reporting statuses to Sr. Management and other Project Stakeholders
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1.Three to five years of instructional system design and training experience for a technical or healthcare organization. Knowledge of PMLC/SDLC a plus. Previous experience designing PMLC/SDLC training is highly desirable.
2.Experience working with Adobe Captivate eLearning software is preferred. Experience working with PowerPoint presentations to create classroom training materials is essential.
3.Working in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines is necessary. Must be able to pull together a deliverable training presentation, schedule available training rooms, and conduct full-day training with little supervision.
4.Superior technical and business writing skills.
5.Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills.
6.Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
7.Quick learner who pays attention to detail and is able to listen and follow directions.

1.Adobe Captivate 5.0 or later
2.Microsoft Suite
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge of PMLC or SDLC training..
