Client is looking for an Oracle Applications Developer with proven experience developing and modifying solutions for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). The consultant must have hands-on C, C++, XML, Java, CVS, UNIX Shell, Perl and SQL skills. A working knowledge of BRM with Billing and Rating, Invoicing, and Collections is needed. Experience working from business requirements and technical design is required
