Position : Sr./Jr. GRID Developer
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Duration : 12 month contract
Description (only difference between the two is # of years of experience – 2 to 4 years for Jr.; 5 to 8 for the Sr. role)
4+ Years of Experience designing, developing , deploying & Supporting large scale distributed systems
4+ Years with Java in a distributed environment
2+ Years of LAN/WAN protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, JMS etc)
2+ Years of Data Serialization formats (Avro, POF, Thrift, JSON, XML etc)
DESCRIPTION

4+ Years of Experience designing, developing , deploying & Supporting large scale distributed systems
4+ Years with Java in a distributed environment
2+ Years of LAN/WAN protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, JMS etc)
2+ Years of Data Serialization formats (Avro, POF, Thrift, JSON, XML etc)
2+ Building fault tolerance and failover patterns into Distributed Systems
1+ Years of Distributed Database Design and Development at large scale (Coherence, Cassandra etc..)
1+ Years of Data Loading experience in a Distributed Data Base environment
1+ Years of Data scalability and multi-tenant data architectures
1+ Years of Data architecture and implementation using local or cloud-based storage and NoSQL data stores
1+ Years of Performance and optimization in a large distributed system environment
The Ideal candidate will also have:
Experience with or Knowledge of ZooKeeper
