Job Title:  Oracle Programmer/Analyst

Location:  Washington DC

Duration:  9+ Months

 

I have a HOT requirement for an Oracle Programmer with at least 6 years experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL programming. 

 

Skill Set Requirements:

-Proficiency in Oracle tools and technologies  - Oracle 10g, Oracle Forms, SQL and PL/SQL, PL/SQL Standard Packages

-Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools – Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise server.

-Ability to interact with clients and provide quality production support.

-Oracle Security, specifically as it pertains to web-based applications

-Familiarity with financial accounting systems

-Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle – Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation , and Maintenance  

 

Selection Criteria:

-Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in building financial systems using current technologies.

-Sound understanding of, and implementation experience with financial data warehouses and fixed income performance measurement systems

-Experience and knowledge of systems design, development and maintenance of complex financial information systems.

-Ability and willingness to propose creative and optimal solutions.
