Specific Skills

-JAVA- extensive experience in server-side Java/JEE programming, web-based application development (HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML), JEE Servlet/JSP development experience, JEE framework development experience (Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, etc.), object-oriented design and related tools (UML, Rational).

-WebSphere- 2+ years IBM Websphere Portal v6.x design and development including developing JSR 168/286 Portlets, WSRP, JSPs and Servlets, SOAP-based Web Services., RAD, Portlet Factory and/or Eclipse IDE.  Strong knowledge of WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks (WCM, PDM, WMM/PUMA, Personalization, Themes/Skins, Portlet Wiring, Access Control, etc.)

-Integration-Must have a proven track record with integrating solutions in disparate platforms and technologies
