Locals are highly preferred for these positions.

 

Required skills:

1. Linux, Integrate Code.

2. Write Drivers.

3. Android Application development using tools like Eclipse, GIT / Gerrit.

4. Legacy Applications porting. Example: A 911 dispatch application to be ported.

5. Proficiency in Win 7, Vista, Visual Studio will be an advantage.
