Job title: Java Architect

Location Bloomington IL

Duration : 10 Months

 

Technical Architect with minimum 9+ years experience with a focused and driven attitude towards contributing on the creation, enhancement and delivery of Spring MVC, Spring Batch, J2EE products.

Technical Requirements: Object-oriented design and development experience working with the following technologies:

• Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Hibernate is must.
• Java web technologies and services (including experience with design patterns)
• Web Technologies (JSP, AJAX, Spring/Struts, XML, XSL, SOAP, HTML)
• Java Application Server (Tomcat, WebLogic)
• Relational Database Knowledge And Skills (Oracle)
• Source Code Control Tools (SVN)
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, coding, unit testing and debugging skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Architect fully accountable for implementing strong development practices, team collaboration and team leadership as both an individual contributor and developer
• Collaboration with the Product Manager and Security Architect to identify areas of opportunity to meet ongoing commitments to our business partners
• Oversight responsibility for multiple Security projects and deliverables

Skills:

Must have exceptional communication skills along with below technical skills.

• Strong technical knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills
• Should be a good team player with a focus on our IT and business partners

PS: The most important of all is strong knowledge of J2EE (design patterns), Spring MVC, and Overall web flow along with Spring Batch. Also knowledge of WODM or Jrules is definitely a plus.
