WEB/Java Developer with Spring Framework, J2EE, Servlets, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss.

 

If you are a WEB/Java Developer familiar with Spring Framework, Edge Systems, LLC has an immediate need of a WEB/Java Developer for its office in Warrenville, Illinois.  This position is responsible for development, maintenance and support of client-facing software development projects for the firm.   The ideal candidate has at least 3-4 years of full cycle WEB development experience in using Java/J2EE with Spring Framework and JavaScript.  So, if you are a WEB/Java Developer with Spring Framework experience, please apply today!

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Can translate customer requests into system requirements

·         Develop and maintain web applications based on J2EE technologies

·         Produce clean and bug-free code as per the coding standards

·         Identify technical problem areas, analyze and evaluate options and propose solutions

·         Design, write, test and debug code

·         Implement full life-cycle development. Test and document function, performance and reliability of applications

·         Review business requirements and use cases, and provide feedback to management and/or business analysts.

·         Learn quickly and develop creative solutions, encompassing software integration, performance, reliability, manageability and security.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         3 to 4 Years of WEB/Java/J2EE with Spring Framework development experience

·         Excellent object-oriented analysis, design and development skills

·         Experience with JSP/JSF, Servlets, Struts, WEB Services,  XML, SOAP, JavaScript and Ajax

·         Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, vFabric.
