Job Title : Tibco Developer.
Location : Stamford ,CT
Duration : 6 Months Contract.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree
7+ years previous experience in Information Technology
Experience in design and development of medium to complex SOA/ESB solutions using different Tibco products like Active Matrix Business Works,
EMS, Tibco Designer, Tibco Administrator etc.
Knowledge of Java, XML, XSLT, Database, Web and Java Application servers are required
Knowledge of Tibco Business Studio, Tibco iProcess Suite and GI are preferable
Experience with source control tools like SVN
Knowledge of different design methodologies (like SOA, Event Driven, Pub/Sub, Request-Reply etc.)
Broad knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, processes and controls
Strong organizational skills ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility,
influence and make recommendations to all levels
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
