7+ years relevant experience in Java/J2EE development. Hands on experience in Core Java, Servlets, Struts 2.0, Spring 3.0 ,Hibernate 3.0, Web Services (SOAP / REST).
: Application Server and its configurations, preferably WebSphere Application Server.
: Maven and its continuous integrations.
: Quality tools like PMD, Check Style, Fortify, Sonar etc.
: Should be strong in communication skills

Fin exp will be an advantage
