Primary Skill: Tibco

TIBCO BC 5.3 or later, 

TIBCO BW 5.8 or later; 

Significant HIPAA EDI experience with the 5010 codeset; 

Ability to be customer facing to refine requirements; 

Functional understanding of a payer's back office a must
