SKILLS REQUIRED    

Client recognizes that the above deliverables will be accomplished by an experienced Project Manager having the following skills:

1. Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering SAP implementation projects in areas of Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance and Environment, Health & Safety.  Consideration will be given to candidates with knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, IM, MM & PM functionalities, and/or SAP EHSM and Chemical Management.
2. 10+ years Project Manager experience within the Industrial Operations area of manufacturing industries. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences organizations
   
3. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience in Inventory Management, Facilities Management and related business processes
   
4. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience in Environment, Health and Safety business processes
   
5. Comprehensive communication skills throughout varying levels within organizations, verbal and written, including facilitations, presentations and meeting management
   
6. Experience in application deployment, including change management, testing strategies and execution
