Senior J2EE Developer with SOA/Websphere
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ, United States
Duration: 12+ months
Locals Only. FTF Interview Required
Required Skills:
• BPM architecture frameworks/patterns with good background on J2EE will be preferred.
• Experience in SOA design and development using Web Sphere Integration Developer (WID) on Web Sphere Process Server (WPS) or Web Sphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB).
• Implementing Business Process Orchestration using BPEL or an equivalent proprietary solution.
• Must be proficient in Web Sphere MQ implementation and troubleshooting
• Strong MQ Security concepts - especially experience in implementing SSL
• Hands on Web Services development experience with knowledge of SOAP, WSDL, XML, DTD, XSD, etc.
• OS perspective - clear understanding of AIX platform
Required Work Experience:
• Exposure on business processes related to the Insurance domain
• Must be good at leading technical/functional track of BPM Implementations and managing client expectations.
• Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and oral communication communications skills and strong technical documentation skills required.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
• Review Business, Functional Requirement Document, anchor gap/fit analysis and prepare analysis, findings and recommendations documents
• Should be able to work as Onsite/Offshore coordinator;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
• Ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming, cross group and real-time responsiveness
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
• 6-10 years of WPS/MQ/Web service experience
• IBM certifications in SOA, WPS, WAS and WID preferred.
