Requirement:
• Minimum 7-8 years prior Information Technology experience required
• Should be able to perform as a lead analyst/deveoper and interact with other developers and work with Clients.
• Should be able to supervise application design and architecture components & functionalzdesign activities, application build, test, and deploy activities
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal / offshore teams and projects.
• Skilled in performing business requirements gathering (to be model - as is model)
• Hands on experience in Oracle 11i and BPEL
• Strong PL/ SQL and TOAD experience
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience of migration project would be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
• Self learner
• Experience in modeling / configuration tools like Selectica, IBM Sterling, Big machines is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes
