SCOPE OF SERVICES

Need for an experienced .Net C# application developer to design, develop and deliver applications and application enhancements. In addition to superior development skills, candidates must show strong experience as team leaders. The applications involved support HPD's critical work in enforcing the City's Housing Maintenance Code and in developing affordable housing for the City's residents.

 

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 8 years' experience in .Net C# programming.

Minimum of 4 years working as a team leader.

Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle database environment.

Minimum of 8 years' experience with Windows operating system.

Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design.

Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle.

Strong collaboration, relationship management, communication and written skills.

Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.

Ability to drive projects to completion.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 4 years' experience writing functional and technical specifications, user and technical documentation.
