Skill Level : L2
Location : Richfield, MN
Duration : 6 Months
Please find below JD for L2 Cisco Voice :
· Knowledge of Cisco PBX Hardware architecture.
· Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices
· Good knowledge in IP Phone and voice mail (Unity) box administration
· Knowledge on Cisco Contact Center Platform.
· Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya.
· The candidate must exhibit a good knowledge in Voice administration and Maintenance skills.
· Very good understanding of VOIP Technologies.
· Experience in IPT design/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations
· Good knowledge and use of VOIP Monitoring and Management Tools.
· Knowledge of Avaya / Nortel voice system will be an added advantage.
· Good understanding on ACD, Scripts and IVR terminologies and administration.
· ITIL Foundation V2 or V3 Certified
· Good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
· Experience with process improvement and the ability to document processes and procedures
· Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers.
· Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs
· Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects
