.Net Developers with VXML (ASP.Net, AJAX, C#).  They're building a team (prob 4-6 resources) and want a strong lead guy on site (bill rate will be flexible b/c we're packaging this together). 

It's all IVR development.
Any IVR/VoiceXML Developer with .Net or Java exp

It's going to start off as 3 months but definitely run longer!!!
