I have 5 needs with a high profile consulting client seeking ATG Developer/Architects. Please pass along qualified resumes with ATG Dynamo/ecommerce experience. Please note that some of these positions will allow for 100% remote work.
Interview Process: Phone screen and Skype or F2F
Pay Rate: Negotiable based off relevant experience.
Client 1 – (provider of integrated services for marketing events)
• This is a local client, so this person will work at the client site.
• So our preference is someone with strong communication skills/overall presentation.
• 1st choice is 3-6 years of experience (Senior Consultant level), 2nd choice is 6-10 years of experience (Architect), and last choice is less than 2 years of experience (Consultant).
• The project is an ATG upgrade to ATG 10 with a whole bunch of development on top of ATG. They will be working across the site, and we'd like someone who has experience upgrading to ATG 10.
• Outside of that, no other hard skills other than overall ATG experience within the commerce stack.
Client 2 & 3 - (ecommerce company selling outdoor equipment/gear)
• They are remote, so this person will not be in front of the client.
• We can be more lenient with regards to communication skills and overall presentation.
• Same as the other project, 1st choice is 3-6 years of experience, 2nd choice is 6-10 years of experience, last choice is less than 2 years of experience (Consultant).
• They are already on ATG 10, so hard skills/experience isn't super specific other than ATG 10 development experience across the commerce stack.
Reports to: ecommerce Practice Leader
Responsibilities:
We currently seek an ATG Architect for a contract opportunity to start immediately. The primary focus for this position is to provide functional and/or technical expertise to solve business problems. The position requires the ability to gather requirements, design and build software, and test and implement solutions meeting project objectives. The person will work with a project architect and/or technical lead to confirm and substantiate functional and technical designs, and must be able to communicate development efforts and concerns with the architect and project lead.
Basic Qualifications:
•At least two years of experience with ATG Dynamo
•Experience with ATG ecommerce
•Thorough understanding of ATG Repositories
•Experience working with Scenarios
•ATG Certification (or desire to become certified) is a plus
•Experience working with ATG on Websphere or Weblogic
•Solid experience programming Java language
•JSP / MVC (Struts, Webwork, or Spring-MVC)
•JDBC, SQL, and persistence framework (Hibernate, iBatis, or ATG Repositories)
