New Job: WebSphere Message Broker Developer

One of our client is looking for WebSphere Message Broker Developer

 

Position:  WebSphere Message Broker Developer

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Qualifications:

              2+ years experience in designing and developing a complex ESB projects that require the participation and collaboration of cross-functional entities, using Websphere Message Broker 7 or higher (WMQV7.1/WMBv8 a plus)

              5+ years experience with Java /JEE based technologies preferably WebSphere Application Server; and working with leading database products, preferably Oracle 11g

              Prior experience in analyzing business requirements and building Use Cases and translate business requirements to clear technical specifications

              Demonstrated ability to design/develop systems for heterogeneous security technologies

              Proven experience in working collaboratively, coordinating among cross-functional teams and the ability to effectively work with organizational differences and priorities;  consistently provide a clear and consistent technical vision for the project

              Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills to include influence, negotiation, collaboration and diplomacy.

              Proven desire to continuously learn new technologies

              Knowledge and understanding of referential Databases; SQL/RDBMS

              Clear understanding of and experience with team development best practices to include version control systems

 

Desired Skills:

              WMB Administration experience

              WMB Version 8

              Experience in MQ7.1 and higher

              Experience with automating deployments and deploying into Integration, QA and Production environments

              Experience with WMQ/WMB performance monitoring; and troubleshooting WMQ/WMB performance issues

              Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies

              *nix scripting skills

              Good understanding of functional/nonfunctional testing concepts

              Collabnet tools: Subversion, TeamForge, ALM
