Position: Project Manager w/QAD ERP exp.

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Duration: 12 Months+

Rate: Open

Job Description:

• Strong Project Management skills with ability to analyze and simulate materials and business flow

• Experience with ERP QAD MFG/PRO Financial/Manufacturing/Distribution modules – Must have (minimum 5-7 years QAD MFG-PRO system experience; Familiar with GL Report Writer, EDI, Formscape, QScan. Other ERP system an asset)

• Solid understanding of SDLC , requirements gathering and user interface/interaction design in an enterprise software environment

• Strong problem solving skills; 

• Experience in documenting business requirements, use of diagrams, flowcharts, proficient with Office, Visio

• Experience in user training programs development and delivery

• Familiar with RDBS database structure and schema: Progress, SQL, Oracle etc.

• Possesses very good understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. 

• Excellent communication skills, ability to proactively build relationships with other teams within the organization.

• Strong customer service orientation

• Possess strong soft skills, have the ability to work well with others as well as the ability to follow up with on-going issues 

• Use of formal project management processes and strong PM skills to drive things

• Able to handle multiple projects and priorities

• Works well in a team and independently, detail-oriented, analytical and good decision making and issue resolution

• Ability to travel (North America) 

• QAD upgrade experience

• Conversion/Migration experience to any other ERP

• Take Agile approach / SCRUM master

• Spoken French is a nice to have
