Location: Akron, Ohio

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description: 

The candidate for this position will work in the EDI/SAP team responsible for both developing technical specifications and designs for new EDI projects as well as supporting the existing EDI/SAP processes the team is responsible for.  Candidate will be working with internal and external customers, existing team members, and 3rd party development groups to support the team.  Candidate will be expected to serve in a consultant role when necessary to share knowledge and ideas related to developing and implementing SAP/EDI technologies.  Candidate should have a strong overall background in SAP as it relates to EDI as well as have good communications skills.                                    

                                                

"5 years of experience working with SAP with a strong skill set in ALE/Idoc/EDI related transactions and processes

5 years of experience working with different types of EDI transaction sets in SAP such as the 810, 850, 855, 856, 830, and 862 

2 years of experience working with the ABAP Developer's Workbench including ABAP coding.

Excellent customer interfacing skills

Experience with requirements gathering, technical design, and writing technical specifications related to SAP EDI requirements

SAP SD Order Management functional experience is a plus

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field"
