Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode:: Phone then Skype Visa:: USC /GC only Role:  Will perform functional manual testing and automated testing. Will write and maintain test scripts/cases, make sure test results are correct, enter defects, etc. Required Skills: Extensive experience in Manual testing. Experience with automated test tools. Experience testing Web Applications Highly skilled individuals with the ability to lead automation and work with Test Lead to determine what should be automated and what test data needs to be set up. Strong senior QA application and system testing experience including testing automation for regression testing extensive understanding of Application, System, End to End Testing extensive experience in documenting QA defined deliverables e.g. Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases strong knowledge of QA Best Practices and testing methodologies strong Knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance Best Practices strong testing estimation skills strong understanding of dependencies within an IT organization Strong abilities creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases Methodical research skills Independent, self-starter with good work ethic Accuracy is important Team player who works well with others Excellent communication & documentation skills Quick learner Strong analytical skills iTKO LISA Desired: QA Load QA Run
