Must Have:

-   10+ years Java, financial experience, Broadridge (or similar) a plus

-   A solid understanding and deep experience programming in Java

-   Understanding of J2EE Architecture and related technologies (JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate / JPA, EJB3, JDBC, etc.) and deployment procedures

-   Web application and relational database (SQL Server or Oracle) experience

-   Ability for testing / quality control

-   Clear thinking and problem solving analytical skills with the ability to digest requirements and produce a design are a must

-   Effectively develop applications according to requirements and deliver high quality code
