TIBCO Developer Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Ø Lead the effort in analysis, design, development, integration, deployment and implementation of interfaces using TIBCO Business works
Ø Perform Unit testing/Validation tasks related to the Projects
Ø Analysis and Design of source-target mappings
Ø Provide L3 Development Support for Projects and Production incidents
Ø Identify areas of improvements and fine tune
Ø Maintain and enhance documentation
Ø Guide other development team members in design, development, unit testing and other support activities
Requirements:
Ø 3-5 years strong hands on experience in TIBCO Business works
Ø 3+ years hands on experience with ETL-Ab Inito, RDBMS-Oracle
Ø Strong knowledge in Data Warehousing methodologies
Ø Strong hands on experience with UNIX
Ø Strong Knowledge of different design methodologies (like SOA, Event Driven, Pub/sub etc.,)
Ø Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Ø Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizations skills
Ø Very good team player
Ø Knowledge of MISMO standards (preferred)
