Job Description:
What you need:
- BSCS (MS preferred) and 3+ years of relevant industry development experience
- Expertise in Java/J2EE development
- Hands on Hadoop framework experience, ideally with Hive, Cloudera, MapReduce, Pig, HBase, etc. (Hadoop administration is a plus)
- Should have experience in SQL and NoSQL data manipulation, database, data manipulation skills
- Design, implementation, analysis, profiling, improvement & troubleshooting high-volume data & information processing systems & their associated data caches & big data stores
- Agile environment test experience
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, OOD, algorithms

What you will be doing:
- Implementing highest-quality code in an agile SW development environment
- Designing, developing, optimizing major high-volume big data, analytics & business intelligence systems
- Developing, evolving current & new data-related scripting, automation and other processes
- Tracking, verifying, evolving data sources, data flows, tools & storage mechanisms
- Producing, maintaining accurate, highest quality technical and system documentation
- Helping design, architect & implement data engineering infrastructure
- Implementing solutions using Hadoop, MapReduce, Tableau, Hive, HBASE, BigTable, MS SQL etc.
