Role: SAP HR+ Kronos's LEAD

Location: Portland , OR

Duration: 6 Months

 

Must Have:

 

·              SAP HCM functional modules which include Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll & Time Management

·              Hands-on expertise with Kronos Time Keeping which include Accruals, Time Edits, Pay codes, Demographics & Pay rules for a Global roll out

·              Independently create, review update test scenarios in HP QC for KRONOS based on country specific Product Design Documents.

 

Good to Have:

 

·              KRONOS integration with SAP HCM

·              Payroll processes through ADP for various countries.

·              Interfaces across different landscapes like SAP,ADP & KRONOS with country specific stakeholders for each team

·              Post payroll processes including posting to FI and 3rd Party

·              SAP HR-FI Integration.

·              SAP Reporting.
