Role:              Test Architect

Location:         Philadelphia, PA

Duration:         6 months plus

Rate:               $DOE/hr on C2C

Interview:         Tele + Skype

• Experience in using automated tools such as HP Quick Test Pro, Rational Functional Tester, Compuware QA Run, or open source tools, including scripting abilities
• Ability to select functionalities and test cases to automate
• Ability to develop test automation frameworks
• Experience in test/configuration management of scripts using HP Quality Center, Rational Test Manager or similar tools
• Administer QC to maintain and add new projects, fields, workflows, etc. as needed.
• Maintain user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active Directory. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish their goals.
• Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all QC issues. Interface with HP as needed.
• Assess need for QC upgrades; specify, execute and verify upgrade procedures. Plan and perform upgrades as appropriate.
• Create QC dashboards and reports. Work with the BI team to produce advanced metrics and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to provide leadership for Test Environment Management
• Ability to design and configure Test Environments
• Should be able to develop test environment specifications, identify test environment requirements for end-to-end testing that involves multiple interfacing applications.
• Good Understanding of virtualization capabilities
• Be able to define Processes for test environment management, including requests for allocation of environments, provisioning of environments and change management
