Duration: Long Term Contract

Rate: $60-65/HR Max on C2C

Job Description:

• A Minneapolis area company is looking for a contract SAP Project Manager. 
• This is a key role that will work in conjunction with the Integration Partner to deliver the next build and deployment of SAP.  
• This is a large effort including multiple work streams and integration points.
• The SAP Project Manager should have more than 8 years' experience leading projects of $5M-$20M with 3+ years specifically leading SAP deployment.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Work as a partner with the Integration Partner to deliver next phase of SAP implementation. 
• Leading the large, complex SAP program with multiple integration points.
• Managing the project plan, dependencies, budget structure, schedule and staffing requirements.  
• Provide timely and concise communications to teams as well as IT and Business Leadership regarding status, pending issues, and gaps.

 

Proven Skills:

• Understanding of SAP Modules - Order-to-Cash, pricing and billing, procure to pay, FI – AP/AR, logistics processes etc.
• Commodity and Retail Industry knowledge
• Understands the overall architecture of Global SAP Landscape & integration with various upstream & downstream systems
• Manage complex integration and dependencies to program.
• Building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and agree on goals, objectives and timelines
• Partnering with vendors 
• Managing risk identification and action.
• Ability to anticipate and drive timelines understanding critical path milestones
• Delivering quality solution focus on end user results 
• Engaging style of day to day leadership, fostering a creative problem-solving team. 
• Highly developer presentation and communication skills.
