Looking for a contractor to assist with an immediate need with a project.

Perl developer with print control language experience

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMM SKILLS

Basically, need 1 combination skill set of Perl developer that has used Printer Control Language (PCL) to produce graphical reports.
And be able to load the perl library that calls the commands with the correct esc sequences for the programs to call shading and line drawing into the output.
Write new escape sequences, graphical reports, shading fonts, Oracle/Unix, Sunsolaris,
