SAS Developer
Critical skills and knowledge:
- Significant experience designing and implementing SAS applications using
SAS data step processing, SAS Procedures, SAS SQL, and SAS Macro
capabilities
- Significant experience developing production grade software for batch and
interactive systems.
- Experience working from written requirements as well as gathering
requirements from users.
- Experience developing formal software analysis and design products.
- Experience writing test plans, test cases, conducting testing, and
verifying results across multiple platforms.
Important skills and knowledge:
- Familiarity with RUP concepts and Use Case writing.
- Experience leading teams in software development tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with the UNIX platform.
- Experience with Structured Query Language and relational databases.
- Experience supporting systems in the maintenance phase including
configuration management
