Server development:

Memory resident process (code) development experience
Server-side with focus on high concurrency, high availability coding without the use of EJBs but achieved programmatically
Database, ANT, Core Java, Multi-process / Multi-threading, Object-Modeling,
JNDI/JDBC/Messaging experience are a must
Experience with Eclipse development environment
Knowledge and experience with Oracle CEP and/or Oracle Coherence would be ideal.
All the resources must have worked on broad/deep development projects and must meet the below common criteria
should display strong sense of ease with data-structures for in-memory object manipulation,
development life-cycle know-how, 
should display penchant for pro-active reference to JSRs,
Ease with Deployment Parameterization using J2EE containers, JNI
