·        Sr. Test Resource with 7 – 10 years testing experience
·        Prior multi-track, cross-functional Test Lead experience
·        Partnering approach between Business and IT organizations
·        Familiarity with Sales Crediting / Compensation functionality (OIC / OTM)
·        Partner with IT PM to manage QACC Test Efforts
·        Test Strategy Development
·        Integrated Test Plan Development and Management
·        Testing Governance Development (entry, exit criteria by phase, escalation path..)
