We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill clients' growing needs.

 

Candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.

 

Needs to start immediately

 

Ideal candidates should have the following skills -

• At least 2 years of total experience in Technical Recruiting
• At least 2  years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India.
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, google groups etc.)
• Excellent database of partners.
• Very familiar with contract position like Corp-Corp, 1099, W2 Contract, Contract to  Hire Etc,
• Strong communication and inter personal skills
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Person should be willing to work in Night Shift.
