Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer testing multi-tier web applications
- Understanding of software engineering skills and QA/Test and automation methodologies
- Passionate about QA and keeping current with industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro (QTP), LoadRunner, etc
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
- Good understanding of source management techniques and discipline
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a small, highly accountable development environment
- Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
- Proven problem solving aptitude
- Experience managing other QA resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
