Job Description:
3 to 4 yrs of IT experience, with at least 3 yrs in administering and Implementing HP UCMDB, HP DDM, BSM 9 awareness.
Experience in maintaining discovered infrastructure through UCMDB.
Very good understanding of ITIL process framework; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Demonstrated customer communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communications.
Experience in Integrating UCMDB platform with HP/other vendors monitoring tools and trouble ticketing tools process framework understanding.
Should have very good understanding of the IT infrastructure area (Server hardware, OS - Windows, Solaris, HPUX etc, Networks - LAN, WAN)
