I am looking for Strong PeopleSoft Consultants

Duration: 6 Months

Project Scope:
Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including coding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's client/server software applications.  Contractor will support HR Enhancements project.  Work will include design, construction, and testing, along with knowledge transfer to internal PeopleSoft HCM staff.  Contractor will receive direction from and report status to a Project Manager/IT Lead from the PeopleSoft HCM application development area.

Technical knowledge:

• 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM system design, coding, debugging, and implementation
• PeopleSoft 9.0 business functionality including:
• Hire, retire, terminate
• Person Model
• Position Control
• Feeding data to Payroll
• General knowledge of PS Workflow processing
• Experience with Application Packages both creating and debugging
• At least three years writing efficient Application Engine programs both creating and modifying
• Ability to build, modify, and debug PS Workflow
• SQR and SQCs, creating, modifying, debugging
• Comfortable with both online and batch development
• MVS experience important, not a showstopper

Other skills:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to quickly adapt to a fast paced technical environment
• Work well with a team of people
