Job details overview
Mandatory Minimum 6 yrs in implementing Oracle HR & Payroll. Proficiency in HRMS suite (HR-PAYROLL-COMPENSATION-BENEFITS) Understanding of HR modules & integration with other modules of EBS Ability to provide solutions for business process around HRMS & Payroll suite Strong understanding of the PAYROLL domain and Core HRMS Concepts Involved in 2 LIFE CYCLE (AT LEAST) ERP implementations in R11.5.10.2/Higher versions. Involved in preparing BR100 for 2 LIFE CYCLE Implementations. Exposure to Global HRMS & Payroll processes Exposure and engagement experience of Self-Service HRMS   Nice to have   Basic SQL, PL/SQL experiences, R12 Upgrades
Role Details
·         Responsible for Analysis, Design, Set-ups and System Integration Testing for the project ·         Responsible for preparing testing scripts,  testing approach  and documentations ·         Should be comfortable with AIM Methodology ·         Responsible user interactions and Gap analysis ·         Proficient in suggesting best functional approach in HR Y Payroll ·         Interactions with the client team for project related discussions, implementation and validation ·         Responsible for developing Functional documents and BR100s
