Direct Client : Senior Test Lead : Health Care

Partner,

We have an immediate need for our DIRECT CLIENT.

Loc : Dublin , OH

Duration : 6 Months

Description 

• Lead testing for small and medium projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, key stakeholder alignment, status reports and metrics
• Responsible for the creation of test scenarios, test cases and test scripts for projects. Also responsible for the potential automation of test scripts
• Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations
• Work independently with minimal guidance
• Ability to work in an onshore/offshore model.
• Strategic planning
• Process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience required 
• Minimum 1 year of software testing Leadership required
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year experience with IBM Rational tool suite, including RequisitePro, Rational Manual Tester and ClearQuest.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in communication skills – both written and oral
• Proficient PC skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
