Job Description:
- Business Analyst must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Must be able to read & write.
- Performs Business Acceptance testing on various Cash Management systems.
- Understands the Cash Management business and Cash Management systems.
- Develops test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements.
- Communicates system issues to IT and works with them to resolve.
- Analyzes business challenges and recommends appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Maps current business processes to new systems and supports the transition to the new solution.
- Communicates with Programming and Core Mainframe Servicing staff to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users and to ensure the delivered system matches the specified features and functions.
- Oversees new implementations, installations, and upgrades for assigned projects.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
- Requires occasional system testing during nights and weekends.
- Ability to write Macros and run them.
- Quality Center and/or Quick Test Pro
- Mobile application testing experience.
- Lead client migrations and training.
- Please don't get hung up on the Cash Mgmt experience. At a minimum, source for Banking / Online Web-based Applications experience.
