Job Title :  Java Developer.
Location  : Arlington, VA.
Duration  : 6 Months.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
At least 7 to 8 years of professional experience
Strong hands on technical experience in design/development of Java/J2EE based web applications
Proficient working with XML and XSLT technologies
Experience working with RDBMS databases
Good understanding of version control and release management
Good communication and documentation skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in technically leading/driving small teams 3-4 member teams.
Basic Understanding of CMMi Level 3 Processes and Procedures
Sun Web Server / Sun App Server / Apache Tomcat
Sybase database experience
Build and Deployment tools such as Ant. Maven etc.
