Position: Sr.Business Analyst
Location: NY/NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Locals or Nearby
Face to Face must after telephonic
Recent Financial or banking exp is preferred
As a member of the application development project team the Business Analyst will be responsible for:
• Meeting with Business users to identify & define the current business processes
• Determining Business integration points with other Firm systems/processes
• Analyzing opportunities for process improvement and automation of the end-to-end business and system workflows
• Documenting current state and strategic end-state for presentation to senior management
Basic Qualifications
• Understanding of Business and Financial concepts, products and services
• Good analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience, including financial services industry and functional experience
• Excellent communications skills to effectively communicate with bankers and systems developers
• Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Technical/Engineering undergraduate degree preferred.
• Coursework and practical experience in finance/economics/accounting desirable
