POSITION: SAP- MM Documentation and Training Developer - Warehousing

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
REPORTS TO: Project Training Lead
TIMING REQUIREMENTS: January 17, 2011 - March 2012


GENERAL COMMENTS

 * Experience to include Upstream Oil & Gas SAP R3 training documentation and delivery
* Must have strong background in SAP MM version 4.6 or above
* Capable of providing training delivery in Materials Management and able to assess competencies
* Assist in the update and rollout of the MM training plan and its components
* Supplement go-live efforts of project team during warranty support
* International travel, possibilities include West Africa, Asia and Europe

DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS Key Tasks / Responsibilities
* Documentation, training, and support
* Complete training material documentation updates based on personal knowledge and input from Training Coordinators, SME's and Core Team analysts Key Work Areas / Scope:
* Modify existing training material - include CBT's and virtual training
* Develop documentation utilizing new toolset for materials, including Sharepoint and OnDemand/UPK, based on prior training experience
* Deliver training as needed to power users and end users
* Assist with go-live training to supplement regional trainers
* Track training material development progress against milestones Skills and knowledge required:
* Experience with SAP R3 (version 4.6 or higher) Materials Management for the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry - Procurement, Payables, Warehouse and Logistics
* Training Development
