Technical Skills & Knowledge:  

 

1) 11-12 Years of experience in Testing large scale application

2) Excellent knowledge of Test methodologies, standards and best practices

3) Good experience in preparing large scale Test Plans including:

• Effort Estimation/Test Strategy/Test planning/Test Management/Reporting/Defect Management

4) Good knowledge - QTP, QC & Load Runner - Desirable

5) Good Experience in Customer Facing roles with excellent Communication skills.

6) Good Experience in Supporting Delivery projects, providing Solutions & Reviews

7) Must have handled large team in testing assignments. Also good in :

• Preparing Presentations/Conducting Proof of Concepts/Resource Estimations/Audit Reviews & Conduct Gap analysis
