Inperson Interview is required, so need Local or someone who is willing to travel on his own expenses
Java 5 Developer with Spring, Linux, Strong SQL (preferably DB2), Maven
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6 months CTH (possible conversion to FTE after that)
Primary role is to maintain and enhance a new product. Will work closely with the tech lead to learn about the product. Based on performance, a fulltime position may be offered after 6 months as a contractor.
· Strong competency with Java 5 or later is a must
· Solid exposure to the Linux platform is a must, preferably with z/Linux
· Ability to troubleshoot / debug in Java environment is a must
· Competency in SQL is a must, preferably against DB2
· Good communication skills are a must.
· Spring required
· Spring Batch 2 preferred
· Familiarity with Unit Testing
· Familiarity with Maven
