Job Description for Project Leader:
Work directly with the client team on day-to-day technical assignments of various projects/tasks.
Take-up design specs writing and/or proof of concepts whenever requested by client and also provide efforts estimation for code development of various projects/tasks.
Perform application code development/unit testing activities and provide support to client team in other SDLC phases, as requested.
Perform application code analysis and take up performance tuning as requested.
Work along with the other supporting groups viz. Quality Assurance, Production Support, ITO and Client Business SMEs, as needed.
Perform day-to-day coordination between offshore and onshore teams and participate in the task allocation as well as work load-balancing with the client team.
