Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Herndon, McLean, VA & Washington, DC
Duration: 9+months
Experience:
Possess 5 to 10 years of IV&V experience with CRM implementation. Shall have implemented at least 2 CRM projects.
- Experience in conducting complete life cycle Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of complex systems.
- Experience in creating test plans, test specifications and test procedures, as well as test reports and formal test result presentations.
- Experience with SAP CRM, Case Management and Business Rules Management functionalities.
- Experience in creating functional process flows, functional designs and working with the technical team to come up with the solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points.
- Experience with SAP CRM Analysis, design, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Solution Manager and eCATT
Education:
Possesses a BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v. 2 or v.3
Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM
Anticipated Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and assess Blueprint sessions.
Review and assess System Integrator design documents
Experience with requirements and business process design required
Desire experience with HP Quality Center and Aris
