Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 12 + Months


·         Experience in CRM functionality of Sales, Marketing, Call Management modules. ( Case Mgmt is a must)

·         Hands-on experience with SFDC CRM (yes)

·         Hands on experience with Web Service Enablement (yes)

·         Hands on experience with Apex Programming(yes)

·         Hands on experience with Integration with Omniture( good to have)

·         Hands on experience with Integration with Live Person Chat ( good to have)

·         Hands on experience with Integration with CTI – Customer telephonic Integration ( preferred)

·         Strong verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively(yes)

·         Creative problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, and ability to transition to tactical action(yes)
