Rate/hr : 50 $/hr
Interview Type :Phone Screen followed by face to face Interview required .

Description Essential Functions:

•Design, codes, unit tests, and debugs java source code for server side applications.
•Works in Agile XP process framework and participates in iteration development, stand-ups, code walkthroughs, and pair programming.
•Contributes to task identification, work effort estimates, work schedules for development and maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Five (7) years' experience in developing enterprise Java applications, with strong experience in server side development (EJB, JSP, JMS, etc). Proficient in JAVA, EJB development. C# desirable.
•4 or more years development experience in IBM Websphere stack, including expertise with RAD 7, 8 IDE.
•Thorough knowledge of HTML.
•Experience with development in interactive development process, ie RUP, Agile SCRUM or XP.
•Understanding of SOA Web Services and application integration technologies.
•Strong skills required in critical thinking, analysis, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions.
•Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Expertise in SQL and experience with relational RDBMS, like Oracle preferred.
•Consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience developing and implementing SOA Web Services .
•Knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, and AJAX technology and have implemented some projects with these technologies.
