Responsibilities :
· Develop and implement solutions to mitigate issues and risks.
· Understand Medicare Part D regulations and ensure that reconciliation processes are in compliance with the regulation and product or client requirements
· Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions
· Develop SOPs, business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to establish monthly reconciliation processes for The Client's Medicare Member Enrollment System.
· Compare enrollment data in the Client system to that of our clients' and to CMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Ensure members receive coverage and minimize or eliminate financial exposure to The Client and clients.
· Develop metrics and control plans and charts to monitor enrollment reconciliation efforts. Monitor plans and distribute periodic reports to division management and functional partners.
· Write queries and programs to match and analyze data.
· Analyze identified discrepancies, understand discrepancy root cause, and recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancy in the future.
· Monitor CMS requirements pertaining to the reconciliation efforts;
· Define business requirements for process and system changes.
· Complete all steps required to resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and effective manner
REQUIRED :
- 5 Years Experience Strong SQL experience
- 5+ Years Experience with Requiremnt writing,
- 5+ Years Experience with Data Structure and working with data
- Demonstrated reconciliation experience within healthcare or finance environment
- Structured thinker, excellent process and business requirements required.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- 1+ year of Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage enrollment experience required
- Proficient in use of database tools to analyze, track and report on large quantities of data.
- Strong SQL experience is a must.
DESIRED :
- SAS and/or VBA is a nice to have.
- PBM experience a plus

- Develop system level architectural models and technical designs to drive consolidation and refactoring of high volume transaction systems.
- Focus on applying modern architectural principals and practices to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
- Ensure system hardware and software architecture, design and implementation meet capacity and performance requirements.
- Mentor technical staff
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and drive technical solutions from high level business goals using a view based architectural approach such as Kruchten's 4+1 View Model.
- Demonstrated experience developing detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) with accurate work estimation and successful project delivery.
- 10 Years Technical expertise in IBM i5OS and familiar with current generation of IBM Power Series Systems
- 5 Years Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Architect in heterogeneous computing environment (RPG/COBOL/DB2, MVS/CICS/COBOL/DB2, Java/Oracle, other).
- 5 Years Architecture and Development Experience with high volume transaction systems.
- Hands on Experience with Capacity Planning (2 projects minimum)
- 5 years in analysis and programming
- Of the 5 years at least 2 years on the As400 and coding in Synon
- Some knowledge and experience of relational databases
- Knowledge and experience of coding in CL (Command Language)
- Ability to write a specification from a requirement (for TL)
DESIRED :
- Experience integrating AS400 and MVS technologies with web based applications
- Experience with SYNON
